I was lucky enough to be shooting the Fink gig at KOKO on Friday night. I’ve been a Fink fan right from ‘Fresh Produce’ (which I still have on vinyl).
I really wasn’t sure what to expect at a big venue like KOKO but the show was immense! The show was part of the Perfect Darkness tour (Fink’s latest album) and the set was designed by 59 Productions who have designed productions for the West End. When I first got there I wondered what all the little lamps were for and was so happy to find they turned into spots during the performance! Lovely stuff. Fin himself has amazing stage energy and the band are extremely tight live.
Support came in the form of Scottish singer-songwriter Rachel Sermanni – I’m definitely a new fan. Check her out.
